Shipping Policy

We ship orders via PosLaju or Ninja Van, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day after the order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within West Malaysia and 2-7 business days within East Malaysia depending on your location and courier service.
